Information we collect
Service requests collect your name, email, phone, address, and issue details to contact you, coordinate service, and maintain records. Accounts store a protected password hash. Technician applications collect the contact, experience, vehicle, and eligibility details you submit.
Access and providers
Authorized dispatchers and administrators review requests. Assigned technicians access details needed for their jobs. Customers access their own records. Hosting and communication providers process information needed to deliver these services.
Messages and location
Submitting a request permits contact about that request. It does not subscribe you to marketing or SMS. Text messages require a separate consent step when available. Job-related location sharing will be explained and limited to active service coordination.
Your choices
Contact us for access, corrections, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal requirements. Avoid entering payment card numbers, government identifiers, or medical information in forms.
