Requests and availability
A submitted request is a service inquiry. An appointment, price, scope, and assignment are confirmed separately. Availability and travel to nearby areas are reviewed by dispatch. Requests are accepted anytime; immediate arrival is not guaranteed.
Urgent situations
Call (479) 427-9295 for urgent HVAC help. If you suspect a gas leak, fire, or immediate danger, leave the area and contact emergency services. Website messages are not an emergency response service.
Work and payment
Review the written scope, price, exclusions, and payment terms before approving work. Additional work requires confirmation. Never submit payment card information in a request or chat.
Accounts and applications
Keep sign-in details and private links confidential. Provide accurate contact information. An application does not approve a technician for work. Human review and required credential and coverage verification precede activation.
